Source: academia.edu: A Prayer for Rebirth in the SukhāvatīVṛttāṅguli (वृत्ताङ्गुलि) refers to “rounded fingers” and represents the fourth of the eighty minor marks of distinction (anuvyañjana) mentioned in the Sukhāvatī and following the order of the Mahāvyutpatti (269-348). In Tibetan, the characteristic called Vṛttāṅguli is known as ‘sor mo rnams zlum pa’. The Sukhāvatī represents a prayer for rebirth which was composed by Karma chags med, a Karma bka’ brgyud master, who lived in the seventeenth century.
