Vivarasiddhi (विवरसिद्धि) is similar to the Bilasiddhi mentioned at Khecarīvidyā 1.68c. Ballāla glosses it with bhuvas tatsādhanaṃ and explains it as the ability to enter ponds, wells, tanks, caves and ditches, and retrieve treasure therefrom.
Yoga is originally considered a branch of Hindu philosophy (astika), but both ancient and modern Yoga combine the physical, mental and spiritual. Yoga teaches various physical techniques also known as āsanas (postures), used for various purposes (eg., meditation, contemplation, relaxation).
