Source: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationVitteśapura (वित्तेशपुर) refers to the “luninous city of Kubera”, according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.2.22. Accordingly as Śiva said to Sitā:—“[...] Do you wish to sport about on this great mountain which is very beautiful and which appears to contain the essence of all mountains? [...] Or do you wish to have an abode in my own Kailāsa, the great mountain affording shelter to the good and enhanced in beauty by the luminous city of Kubera [viz., Vitteśapura]”.
