1) knowing distinctions, critical, connoisseur.

2) learned, wise; अज्ञः सुखमाराध्यः सुखतरमाराध्यते विशेषज्ञः (ajñaḥ sukhamārādhyaḥ sukhataramārādhyate viśeṣajñaḥ) Bhartṛhari 2.3.
