1. To compel; நிர்ப்பந்தித்தல். வடிம் பிட்டு ஆசிரயிக்கைக்காக [nirppanthithal. vadim pittu asirayikkaikkaga] (ஈடு-முப்பத்தாறுயிரப்படி [idu-muppatharuyirappadi], 10, 1, 4).
