Source: Shodhganga: The Kavyamimamsa of RajasekharaValhava (वल्हव) is the name a locality mentioned in Rājaśekhara’s 10th-century Kāvyamīmāṃsā.—One of the regions in the Northern-India. In the Kalhaṇ‟s Rājataranginī identified it with the Vallapura (Ballawar) one of the hill states. It is the south-eastern direction of Kāśmir.
