uvaḷaṇēṃ (उवळणें) [or उंवळणें, uṃvaḷaṇēṃ].—v i (u & vaḷaṇēṃ) To untwist, unturn, come undone--a rope or cord. 2 To become soft and rotten through excessive heat--fruit without ripening. 3 To shed blood at the pores--the body from the bite of the phurasēṃ or ghōṇasa: also to ooze out at the pores from such bite--the blood. 4 To return to his pristine powers--a bull &c. imperfectly castrated: also to recover vigor and virtue--the genitals of such animal. 5 To expand, dilate, open kindly upon--the heart or affections.
