Upasecana (उपसेचन).—a.

1) Pouring, sprinkling.

-nam, upasekaḥ 1 Pouring or sprinkling upon, watering; मृत्युर्यस्योपसेच- चनम् (mṛtyuryasyopaseca- canam) Kaṭh. Up.2.25.

2) Infusion; juice.

-nī A ladle or cup for pouring.
