umalaṇēṃ (उमलणें).—v i (unmīlana S) To open or expand--a bud or flower. 2 To open and fall to pieces, to slack--quicklime, earth &c. on being moistened: to loosen--caked dirt on a cloth &c.: to swell and split--grains steeped in water. 3 fig. To expand or be exhilarated--the mind.
