Source: academia.edu: The Yona or Yavana Kings of the time of the Legendary King AshokaMaka was an Indo-Parthian king who established his kingdom in Turkmenistan and Bactrian region during the time of Ashoka. The four subordinate Yavana kings mentioned in the Rock Edicts of Ashoka were ruling in Turkmenistan and Afghanistan region whereas the Yavana king Antiyoka was ruling in Parthia and Armenia.
