Source: academia.edu: Tessitori Collection I (hinduism)Tulsidās is the author of the Rāmcaritmānasa (classified as Medieval Hindi literature) of which the Laṅkākāṇḍa (in Awadhi) is included in the collection of manuscripts at the ‘Vincenzo Joppi’ library, collected by Luigi Pio Tessitori during his visit to Rajasthan between 1914 and 1919.—The available part ends with Rāvaṇa’s death, the sorrow of his wife and brother, his funeral and praising Rāma for what he achieved as he could liberate the world from an evil force.
