Source: Ancient Buddhist Texts: Geography of Early BuddhismTulādhārapabbata (तुलाधारपब्बत) or Tulādhārapabbatavihāra is the name of a temple (vihāra) situated in Majjhimadesa (Middle Country) of ancient India, as recorded in the Pāli Buddhist texts (detailing the geography of ancient India as it was known in to Early Buddhism).—Tulādhārapabbata-vihāra is referred to in the Visuddhimagga; and it was in this Vihāra that the Mahādhammarakkhita thera lived. It was situated in the Rohana Janapada which was on the other side of the Ganges.
