Collapse (隕墜 [yun zhui]). From Book of Documents (Shujing), "The Charge to Marquis Wen" (Wénhóu zhī Mìng): "I, the distressed young successor, have been met with great misfortunes from Heaven (天 [tian])." Below this line, [from] the Commentary (Zhuàn) by Kong Anguo (孔安國 [kong an guo]) of the Han Dynasty (漢 [han]): "It means I, the young one, have suffered a great misfortune from Heaven (天 [tian]), my father died, the state was ruined, and the ancestral legacy (祖業 [zu ye]) collapsed."
隤隕:隕墜。《書經.文侯之命》「閔予小子嗣,造天丕愆」句下漢.孔安國.傳:「言我小子,而遭天大罪過,父死國敗,祖業隤隕。」
tuí yǔn: yǔn zhuì. < shū jīng. wén hóu zhī mìng> “mǐn yǔ xiǎo zi sì, zào tiān pī qiān” jù xià hàn. kǒng ān guó. chuán: “yán wǒ xiǎo zi, ér zāo tiān dà zuì guò, fù sǐ guó bài, zǔ yè tuí yǔn.”

From a poem by Li Bai (李白 [li bai]) of the Tang Dynasty (唐 [tang]), titled "Reading the Biography of Zhuge Wuhou and Expressing My Feelings, Presented to Cui Shaofu Shufeng and His Brothers in Chang'an" (讀諸葛武侯傳書懷贈長安崔少府叔封昆季 [du zhu ge wu hou chuan shu huai zeng zhang an cui shao fu shu feng kun ji]): "The Red Spirit (赤伏 [chi fu]) rose to reverse the declining fortune; the Sleeping Dragon (臥龍 [wo long]) was obtained, [he being] Kongming (孔明 [kong ming])."
頹運:衰敗的運勢。唐.李白〈讀諸葛武侯傳書懷贈長安崔少府叔封昆季〉詩:「赤伏起頹運,臥龍得孔明。」
