Source: Wisdom Library: Dharma-samgrahaTriprātihārya (त्रिप्रातिहार्य) or simply Prātihārya refers to the “three kinds of miracles” as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 133):
- ṛddhi-prātihārya (the miracle of spiritual power),
- ādeśanā-prātihārya (the miracle of mind-reading),
- anuśāsanī-prātihārya (the miracle of instruction).
The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., tri-prātihārya). The work is attributed to Nagarjuna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
