Source: Wisdom Library: Bhagavata Purana1) Trasaddasyu (त्रसद्दस्यु):—Another name for of Māndhātā (son of Yuvanāśva, who was the son of Senajit). He was given this name by Indra because he caused fear in Rāvaṇa (and other bandits and rogues). (see Bhāgavata Purāṇa 9.6.33-34)
2) Trasaddasyu (त्रसद्दस्यु):—Son of Purukutsa (one of the three sons of Māndhātā) and Narmadā. He had a son named Anaraṇya. (see Bhāgavata Purāṇa 9.7.4)

The Purana (पुराण, purāṇas) refers to Sanskrit literature preserving ancient India’s vast cultural history, including historical legends, religious ceremonies, various arts and sciences. The eighteen mahapuranas total over 400,000 shlokas (metrical couplets) and date to at least several centuries BCE.
