天女畫像 [tian nu hua xiang]—Portrait of a Celestial Maiden—[Image (圖像 [tu xiang])]
The incantation method (念誦法 [nian song fa]) for Jīyì Tiānnǚ (伎藝天女 [ji yi tian nu]) states: "First, draw Maheśvara (摩醯首羅天王 [mo xi shou luo tian wang]), with three faces and six arms (三面六臂 [san mian liu bi]), his appearance peculiar (顏貌奇特 [yan mao qi te]) yet dignified and awe-inspiring (端正可畏 [duan zheng ke wei]). From his hairline (髮際 [fa ji]), a celestial maiden is transformed and born (化生 [hua sheng]). She is exquisitely beautiful and delightful (殊妙可喜 [shu miao ke xi]), with no one in heaven or on earth (天上人間 [tian shang ren jian]) surpassing her (無能勝者 [wu neng sheng zhe]). She wears (著 [zhe]) celestial garments (天衣服 [tian yi fu]), her body adorned with necklaces (瓔珞 [ying luo]). On each of her wrists, there is a bracelet (環釧 [huan chuan]). Her left hand is raised upwards, holding a celestial flower (天花 [tian hua]). Her right hand is lowered, making a gesture of pinching her skirt (捻裙勢 [nian qun shi]). Her figure (身形 [shen xing]) can be three chi (三尺 [san chi]) long, or her size can be determined as appropriate (稱量 [cheng liang])."
