Source: Shodhganga: Ajanta’s antiquityThadingyut is the seventh month in the traditional Burmese calendar corresponding to the Sanskrit Āśvina. The people living in the Southeast Asian countries mainly use the Buddhist calendar. These countries include Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar (formerly Burma).
