Source: Shodhganga: a concise history of Sanskrit Chanda literature (history)Surācandrodaya (सुराचन्द्रोदय) is the name of a work ascribed to Puṇḍarīkaviṭṭhala (16th century): a well known scholar in music as well as in Dharmaśāstra, Alaṅkāraśāstra and chandas whose erudite scholarship has touched the height of excellence, which can be judged only from his compositions (e.g., Surā-candrodaya).
