Supratiṣṭhitapāṇipādatala (सुप्रतिष्ठितपाणिपादतल) or Supratiṣṭhitapāṇipādatalatā refers to “palms and soles well-placed” and represents the second of the “thirty-two marks of a great man” (lakṣaṇa) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 83). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., supratiṣṭhita-pāṇi-pāda-tala). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
