suddhāṃ (सुद्धां).—prep (sat्trā or saha S) Together with, along with, besides, in association or conjunction with or in inclusion under as an adjunct, appendage, or additional item. Note. The learner is here apprized of the difference between this preposition and the prepositions saṅgīṃ, saṅgatīṃ, sahita &c. Construction with it such as mī tyāsuddhāṃ gēlōṃ, tō majasuddhāṃ gāṃvāsa gēlā would be incorrect. The following are instances of right use; rājā pradhānā- suddhāṃ śikārīsa gēlā; pāṭīla kuḷakaraṇī gāṃvakaṛyāṃsuddhāṃ āpaṇāsa vinantī karitāta; ticā bāpa dādalā dōghē bhāū dhākaṭī bahīṇa sagaḷyā gurāṃsuddhāṃ hyā gāṃvāsa yēṇāra āhēta; tyānēṃ ghōḍā jināsuddhāṃ nēlā. 2 ad Even. Ex. varakaḍa yētīla tara navala kāya rājā suddhāṃ yēīla.
