Source: archive.org: Syainika Sastra of Rudradeva with English Translation (art)Strīviṣaya (स्त्रीविषय) refers to “matters related to women”, according to the Śyainika-śāstra: a Sanskrit treatise dealing with the divisions and benefits of Hunting and Hawking, written by Rājā Rudradeva (or Candradeva) in possibly the 13th century.—Accordingly, “Hunting on horseback (āśvina) represents one of the eight subdivisions of Hunting (mṛgayā). [...] In the matter of the intensity of pleasure no distinction is found between hunting and the enjoyment of women. [...] Of these, in respect to women (strīviṣaya ) much has been said in dramas and in rhetoric, and also in works on Erotics. Therefore it will not be treated of here. But something should be said in brief about hunting, for the diffusion of its knowledge. [...]”.
