Source: DDSA: The Molesworth Marathi and English Dictionarystrava (स्त्रव).—m (S) Dripping, dribbling, trickling, oozing; the falling, flowing, or exuding (of any liquid body) in a gradual manner. 2 Ooze, exudation, the substance that has dripped, trickled, or oozed. 3 The falling (of the fœtus or womb), miscarriage. strāva (स्त्राव).—m (S) Dropping, dripping, trickling, oozing, the gentle running or issue of a liquor. 2 Matter dropped, dripped, or run; the ooze or exudation. 3 Fall (of the fœtus or womb), miscarriage. Note. For miscarriage until the fifth month strāva is the term; for miscarriage afterwards the term is garbhapāta.
