Source: WorldCat: Rāj nighaṇṭuSthūlapadmī (स्थूलपद्मी) is another name for Sthalapadmī, a medicinal plant possibly identified with Ionidium suffruticosum Ging., synonym of Hybanthus enneaspermus or “spade flower” from the Hybanthus or “green violet” family of flowering plant, according to verse 5.81-83 of the 13th-century Raj Nighantu or Rājanighaṇṭu. The fifth chapter (parpaṭādi-varga) of this book enumerates sixty varieties of smaller plants (kṣudra-kṣupa). Together with the names Sthūlapadmī and Sthalapadmī , there are a total of sixteen Sanskrit synonyms identified for this plant.
