sphuradrūpa (स्फुरद्रूप).—a (S sphurat & rūpa which word see for instances of formations of this class.) That is affected with a quivering, twitching, thrilling, trembling &c.; that is gleaming, glancing, flashing; scintillating, sparkling, twinkling &c. See illustration under the noun. 2 That is now vivid and fresh; that stands before the mind in lively remembrance;--as a science or subject or matter reposited therein.
