sōbakaṇēṃ (सोबकणें).—v c To strike (clothes in washing them) against a stone or board; to strike or dash violently (a thing in general) against the ground. 2 fig. To bang, drub, beat (a person). 3 Used by some as cubakaṇēṃ Sig. I., the two words being viewed as one word.
