Siṃhanādāvalokiteśvara (सिंहनादावलोकितेश्वर) refers to one of the “Fourteen Golden Dharmas” (of Lupa/Luipa) (Tibetan klu pa'i gser chos bcu bzhi). They represent Tantric practioners that were transmitted to the Sakya lineage from India and Nepal.
