Siddhiviśiṣṭa (सिद्धिविशिष्ट) refers to the “most eminent siddhi”, according to the Yuktabhavadeva: a seventeenth-century compendium on Yoga.—Accordingly, while discussing the Yogic problem of Siddhis: “Whenever, wherever and whatever Siddhi is desired, having then and there meditated on that [Siddhi] as the lord, who is the most eminent Siddhi [i.e., siddhiviśiṣṭa], one should meditate on oneself as being just so”.
