Source: Shodhganga: Kakati Ganapatideva and his timesSiddheśvara-caritra, written by Kāse Sarvappa, is one of the works written during or after the rule of the Kākatīya dynasty (A.D. 1163-1323).—The Siddheśvara-caritra by Kāse Sarvappa gives the traditional history of the Kākatīyas. This work is dated to the 17th century. Sarvappa has drawn the subject matter from Pratāpa-caritra written by Ekamranātha. The nature of this work is primarily to glorify the Kākatīya rulers and their times.
