Śyāmādhūmra (श्यामाधूम्र) refers to a “dark, smokey (color)”, according to the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi [i.e., Cakrasamvara Meditation] ritual often performed in combination with the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi, which refers to the primary pūjā and sādhanā practice of Newah Mahāyāna-Vajrayāna Buddhists in Nepal.—Accordingly, “Dark, smokey (śyāmādhūmra) and gray colored, in constant celebration, always dancing. Emptiness and compassion themselves, manifesting in the three worlds, The flaming bright fire at the end of a kalpa, homage to you Vajrayoginī”.
