Source: Wisdom Library: Dharma-samgrahaŚuklacchavi (शुक्लच्छवि) or Śuklacchavitā refers to “fine skin” and represents the fifteenth of the “thirty-two marks of a great man” (lakṣaṇa) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 83). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., śuklac-chavi). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
