If his tusks have streaks or lumps, and are very rough, blotched, or coarse; if his penis is leprous spotted, not smooth and even, has white spots (śubhrabindumat), is very short, is covered over with veins and thin if his tail is very crooked, enormous, distorted, knotty, or short ; if his tail root, hold, and back are small ; that elephant is inferior”.
