Śrīmaṇikaṇṭha (श्रीमणिकण्ठ).—A famous grammarian who held the titles महामहोपाध्याय, प्रगल्भतर्कसिंह (mahāmahopādhyāya, pragalbhatarkasiṃha) and भट्टाचार्य (bhaṭṭācārya) and who has written a systematic work on caserelations named कारकखण्डनमण्डन (kārakakhaṇḍanamaṇḍana); the work is also known by the name षट्कारकखण्डनमण्डन (ṣaṭkārakakhaṇḍanamaṇḍana).
