This श्लुवद्भाव (śluvadbhāva) is prescribed in the case of the roots भी, ह्री, भृ (bhī, hrī, bhṛ) and हु (hu); cf. भीह्री-भृहुवां श्लुवच्च (bhīhrī-bhṛhuvāṃ śluvacca) P. III. 1. 39.
