Source: academia.edu: A Prayer for Rebirth in the SukhāvatīŚlakṣṇabhrū (श्लक्ष्णभ्रू) refers to “soft eyebrows” and represents the sixty-fifth of the eighty minor marks of distinction (anuvyañjana) mentioned in the Sukhāvatī and following the order of the Mahāvyutpatti (269-348). In Tibetan, the characteristic called Ślakṣṇabhrū is known as ‘smin ma ’jam pa’. The Sukhāvatī represents a prayer for rebirth which was composed by Karma chags med, a Karma bka’ brgyud master, who lived in the seventeenth century.
