Source: DDSA: The Molesworth Marathi and English Dictionaryśiṭaṇēṃ (शिटणें).—v i (śīṭa) To void excrement;--used of a bird. Used also of the discharging of a child when the discharge is in scanty measure. 2 (Low.) To get covered, through wildness, by a rip of a horse instead of by a proper stallion;--used of a mare. Sometimes used transitively of the acting of the ghōḍakaṭa or horse.
