實在論 [shí zài lùn] [shi zai lun]—
In philosophy, a doctrine that asserts that external things and relationships exist objectively and independently, existing without relying on subjective cognitive abilities, and believes that general concepts are real, existing, and eternal. (哲學上的 [zhe xue shang de] (zhéxué shàng de) - in philosophy, 學說 [xue shuo] (xuéshuō) - doctrine, 外在的事物 [wai zai de shi wu] (wàizài de shìwù) - external things, 關係 [guan xi] (guānxì) - relationships, 客觀 [ke guan] (kèguān) - objectively, 獨立存在 [du li cun zai] (dúlì cúnzài) - exist independently, 主觀的認識能力 [zhu guan de ren shi neng li] (zhǔguān de rènshi nénglì) - subjective cognitive abilities, 概念 [gai nian] (gàiniàn) - concepts, 真實存在 [zhen shi cun zai] (zhēnshí cúnzài) - real existence, 永恆 [yong heng] (yǒnghéng) - eternal)
