Śaktyātman (शक्त्यात्मन्) or Śaktīśa refers to one of the various Vibhava manifestations according to the Īśvarasaṃhitā 24.200-211.—Accordingly, “Śaktīśa is then to be considered (thought) as having the eyes resembling the lotus, who takes a form as He likes, calm (pleasant) has a, smiling face, who is pressing the ground (earth) with the pair of feet and the two hands in order to manifest, out of sympathy, the fruits of the devotees having a splendour consistent with the yuga, having four faces and four arms, holding the discus and mace in their embodied forms with the hands and marked by the lotus also corporeal”.

These Vibhavas (e.g., Śaktyātman) represent the third of the five-fold manifestation of the Supreme Consciousness the Pāñcarātrins believe in.
