These plates (mentioning Sesayī) were found at Semrā: a town in the Chatarpur District of the Bundelkhand region (formerly the state of Bijāwar) of Madhya Pradesh. They were issued by Paramardideva to record the confirmation of a grant, from his camp at Sonasara, for the sake of the increase of his own and his parent’s merit and fame.
