Sarvāṅgāsana (सर्वाङ्गासन, “shoulder stand”) is a Sanskrit word referring to a type of posture (āsana) used in Yoga. It is composed of the words sarvāṅga (sarva=all, aṅga=limb) and āsana (posture).
