Source: academia.edu: The Sārārthacandrikā Commentary on the TrikāṇḍaśeṣaSārārthacandrikā (सारार्थचन्द्रिका) is a concise commentary on the Trikāṇḍaśeṣa by Śīlaskandhayati, a Buddhist monk from Sri Lanka. He belonged to the Śailabimbārāmavihāra of the Doḍanduva village of Sri Lanka. The commentator does not explain each and every word of the lexicon. Usually, he repeats the synonyms related to a particular word and explains only the notable synontms. He generally gives the derivation of a particular word and avoids giving the grammatical explanation of the same.
