Sanghadasa (475-400 BCE) was the contemporary of Gunaprabha. According to Taranatha, Turushka king Mahasammata was reigning close to Kashmir who built the Viharas called Ratnagupta and Kumbhakundali. Taranatha erroneously mentions him to be the disciple of Vasubandhu. Most probably, Sanghadasa followed the abhidharma of Vasubandhu.
