Saṃdhṛ (संधृ).—1 U.

1) To hold, bear, carry.

2) To hold up, support, prop, sustain; अरैः संधार्यते नाभिः (araiḥ saṃdhāryate nābhiḥ) Pañcatantra (Bombay) 1.81.

3) To curb, restrain, check.
