Samatāpraveśa (समताप्रवेश) refers to the “entrance into the sameness”, according to the Gaganagañjaparipṛcchā: the eighth chapter of the Mahāsaṃnipāta (a collection of Mahāyāna Buddhist Sūtras).—Accordingly, “[...] Having entered into the way of the realm of the dharma, he knows the fact that [...] there is no duality of the eighty-four thousand masses of religious teaching, the eighty-four thousand kinds of behaviour or all dharmas and the realm of the dharma; why?—because all dharmas have the nature of the realm of the dharma. Son of good family, this is the entering into the way of the dharma of the Bodhisattva. [...]”.
