Source: academia.edu: Tessitori Collection ISāgaradattaśreṣṭhisaṃbandha (सागरदत्तश्रेष्ठिसंबन्ध) is the name of a work by Śāntisūri dealing with the lives of Jain teachers.—The Sāgaradattaśreṣṭhisaṃbandha (in Gujarati) is included in the collection of manuscripts at the ‘Vincenzo Joppi’ library, collected by Luigi Pio Tessitori during his visit to Rajasthan between 1914 and 1919.—(Cf. Sāgaradatta)—This work is an important landmark in the development of Apabhraṃśa and Old Gujarati poetry (see Bhayani’s introduction). It was composed about 1460 CE. The author belonged to the saṃderagaccha.
