Source: DDSA: The Molesworth Marathi and English Dictionarysaḍā maphalīsa (सडा मफलीस).—a (saḍā Single, A Poor.) Single (i. e. unmarried or unaccompanied by his wife) and of the poor and laboring class. Such have half their house-tax remitted, and are designated by this term in revenue-accounts.
