rēja (रेज).—m (raja S) A particle of metal.

--- OR ---

rējā (रेजा).—m ( P Piece or bit.) A remnant (of cloth): also a remnant or piece (of a beam or spar). 2 Variously understood, even by dice-players, as a dot (marking the number) upon a die; or (because of the word sakarējā A cast of seven) as the dot marking unity; being thus made synonymous, by some, with pagaḍā, by some, with pava: but rējā, ignoring dots and dice, means simply Piece or bit, and sakarējā means Six and a bit over.
