Recitanikuṭṭita (रेचितनिकुट्टित).—One of the 108 karaṇas (minor dance movement) mentioned in the Nāṭyaśāstra chapter 4. It is also known as Recakanikuṭṭita. The instructions for this recitanikuṭṭita-karaṇa is as follows, “the right hand to be Recita, left foot Udghaṭṭita (= Nikuṭṭita), and the left hand with Dolā gesture.”.

A karaṇa represents a minor dance movements and combines sthāna (standing position), cārī (foot and leg movement) and nṛttahasta (hands in dancing position).
