Rātrijāgara (रात्रिजागर) or Rātrījāgara (रात्रीजागर).—

1) night-watching, wakefulness or sitting up at night; आरुरोह कुमुदा- करोपमां रात्रिजागरपरो दिवाशयः (āruroha kumudā- karopamāṃ rātrijāgaraparo divāśayaḥ) R.19.34.

2) a dog. °दः (daḥ) a gnat.
