Rasaspanda (रसस्पन्द) refers to the “pulsation of the aesthetic flavour”, according to the Ciñcinīmatasārasamuccaya verse 3.4cd-6ab.—Accordingly, “The radiant Western House is pervaded by ‘pure liberation’. It is the Void that flows with the pulsation of the aesthetic flavour (rasaspanda) of the Touch of the Unpenetrated. It is the great waveless ocean free of perception and its object. Deep and profound it is called the House of Bliss”.
