rāṇḍavaḍā (रांडवडा).—m (rāṇḍa & vāḍā) An assembly of women. Used contemptuously of a household in which, from the absence of a male adult, females have the rule and management. 2 A vehement and vociferous strain of abuse in which the words strumpet, whore, wench &c. are lavishly employed. v gā, gājava, uṭhava.
